[00:07] >> Welcome back to Dispatch, where Jay Cron
[00:09] and I walk you through what we just
[00:10] shipped. Now, at Kajabi here, we’re
[00:12] building all the time, and a lot of what
[00:14] we build starts as your feedback over at
[00:16] feedback.kajabi.com.
[00:18] Every round of releases gets a name, and
[00:20] this one happens to be called Stone
[00:22] Bridge.
[00:23] >> And Stone Bridge ended up with a theme.
[00:25] Now, whether we planned it or not, it is
[00:28] your revenue. That’s our theme for Stone
[00:30] Bridge. What your customers buy, how you
[00:32] keep them, and how you test all of it
[00:35] before a single real dollar moves.
[00:37] >> So, let’s start with the big one,
[00:38] orders. Now, quick vocab lesson because
[00:41] I know this trips people up, it trips me
[00:42] up, too. An offer, which is already in
[00:45] Kajabi, is what you sell, like your
[00:46] products and a price all packaged
[00:48] together, but an order is what customers
[00:51] actually bought. One checkout, one
[00:53] order.
[00:54] >> I mean, it sounds obvious, but Kajabi
[00:56] never even had it.
[00:57] >> Seriously, it has never had it. If
[01:00] someone previously bought your course,
[01:02] grabbed the order bump, maybe said yes
[01:04] to your upsell, that was like three
[01:05] separate purchases with nothing
[01:07] connecting them, and you had to play
[01:08] detective on your own sales. Now, it’s
[01:11] just one record. Open an order and see
[01:13] everything that a customer bought in
[01:15] that session and what it all added up
[01:17] to. And because orders finally exist, we
[01:19] can give you the number every serious
[01:21] checkout operator runs their business
[01:23] on, average order value. That’s a new
[01:25] report that trends over time. Add a
[01:27] bump, restructure a bundle, and watch
[01:29] whether the number actually moves. You
[01:31] stop guessing.
[01:32] >> So, average order value is AOV, right?
[01:34] >> AOV.
[01:34] >> I just learned something. Now, this
[01:36] report is going to change some pricing
[01:38] decisions.
[01:39] >> Here’s the next thing, test checkout.
[01:41] You can now walk your entire checkout
[01:43] exactly as your customer would. See the
[01:45] checkout page, upsells, downsells, and
[01:48] account creation with no charge, no fake
[01:50] customer created, no emails fired. At
[01:52] the end, you get a debrief of everything
[01:54] that would have happened, which emails,
[01:56] which automations, which thank you page.
[01:58] The heroes asking for this have done
[02:00] over 1 test purchases
[02:11] and eating the fees. That’s over. Launch
[02:13] day should not be the first time your
[02:15] funnel runs.
[02:16] >> So, $50 million in sales and they were
[02:18] testing with a dollar and a prayer. It’s
[02:20] about time we fixed that.
[02:22] >> I’ll say. And now one more thing. I’m
[02:24] keeping revenue you already earned. When
[02:26] a subscriber hits cancel, you can now
[02:28] put a discount in front of them at that
[02:30] exact moment. Your terms, the
[02:32] percentage, how many billing periods,
[02:34] once per customer if you want. That’s
[02:36] the moment of highest intent to leave
[02:38] and until now you had zero tools in it.
[02:40] >> So, let’s talk co-founder. Two things
[02:42] happened. It got faster and you’ve now
[02:44] got real control. There’s a new
[02:46] co-founder settings panel. So, if you
[02:48] want the nudges, if you want in-app or
[02:51] email nudges, they’re now on and
[02:53] available. Now, if you don’t want to
[02:55] switch, they’re all off. Your business,
[02:57] your call.
[02:58] >> The speed of that really matters because
[02:59] nobody uses an assistant that they have
[03:01] to wait on, right?
[03:02] >> Totally. And co-founder, Claude,
[03:03] ChatGPT, whatever you use, you can now
[03:06] reach into your media library, find the
[03:08] right image, drop it onto your landing
[03:10] page without leaving the conversation.
[03:12] That whole go find that image yourself
[03:14] and come back dance is gone for anything
[03:16] you’ve already got. Adding something
[03:18] brand new is nearly as smooth. The agent
[03:20] hands you a direct link to upload it,
[03:22] then you drop it right back into the
[03:23] chat and put it to work. Your AI handles
[03:26] the visual side of your business now,
[03:27] not just the words.
[03:28] >> Of everything in the cycle, this is the
[03:30] most exciting for me.
[03:31] >> And let’s not forget about amplify,
[03:33] where heroes promote each other to each
[03:36] other’s audiences. Now, you don’t have
[03:38] to wait on filling out forms. It
[03:40] actually builds the profile from what
[03:42] you already have, matches you with the
[03:44] partners most likely to perform, and
[03:46] sets both sides up to win. Fair pricing
[03:49] for your audience and a sharper
[03:51] conversion page for your partner.
[03:53] Everyone comes to the table ready, so
[03:55] the promotion actually lands.
[03:56] >> If you’ve been on the sidelines with
[03:57] Amplify and haven’t even tried it,
[03:59] really this is the week to get in there.
[04:01] Backstage, our home for high-touch,
[04:03] one-on-one client work. We launched it
[04:05] before and you told us loudly about two
[04:08] things that were blocking you and both
[04:09] of them are fixed in this cycle. Number
[04:11] one, your clients can schedule a meeting
[04:13] based on your availability. Same
[04:15] scheduler as coaching clients can book,
[04:17] reschedule, or cancel their own
[04:18] sessions. No more calmly on the side, no
[04:20] more back and forth to nail down the
[04:22] meeting time.
[04:23] >> Scheduling was the number one ask by a
[04:26] country mile.
[04:26] >> And number two, it’s on their phone now.
[04:29] Backstage seriously is on their phone.
[04:31] Your clients can message you straight
[04:32] from the mobile app, push notifications
[04:34] and all, and see what’s next on their
[04:36] plate. This kind of high-touch client
[04:39] relationship lives on the phone and now
[04:40] Backstage does too. And one more, a
[04:43] retention play. When a client’s seat
[04:45] ends, the relationship goes quiet. They
[04:47] can’t message you, can’t book you,
[04:49] nothing new comes in. But everything
[04:51] you’ve built together already stays
[04:53] visible to them, read-only. They’re
[04:55] looking through the glass at all the
[04:56] value they used to get.
[04:58] >> What an easy way to get a
[05:00] resubscription. I mean, probably the
[05:01] best re-up ever.
[05:03] >> Yeah, well, there you have it. That’s
[05:04] Stone Bridge. We’re so excited to bring
[05:06] this to you and as always, we’re always
[05:08] listening to the feedback that you give
[05:10] us. We’re always thinking here on how we
[05:12] can improve the lives of our heroes and
[05:14] we can’t wait for you to see what’s
[05:15] next.
[05:16] >> Go dig into everything Stone Bridge has
[05:18] to offer. Let us know what you think.
