[00:00] What if AI isn’t replacing human
[00:02] creators, but making them more valuable?
[00:05] It sounds crazy, right? After analyzing
[00:08] the latest creator economy report and
[00:10] drawing on 10 years of helping experts
[00:13] build online education businesses, one
[00:16] conclusion stood out to me.
[00:18] The creators who win with AI aren’t
[00:20] replacing the human element, they’re
[00:22] doubling down on it. In this video,
[00:24] you’ll learn the four human advantages
[00:27] AI can’t replace and how to use AI to
[00:29] grow your creator business without
[00:31] losing what makes you valuable.
[00:34] In my last video, I shared why I believe
[00:36] AI is creating one of the biggest
[00:37] opportunities we’ve seen for experts. AI
[00:40] removes friction. It helps us create
[00:43] faster, helps us launch faster, and
[00:45] scale faster.
[00:47] But that raises an even bigger question.
[00:50] If everyone has access to the same
[00:53] tools, what actually becomes your
[00:55] competitive advantage?
[00:57] And the answer is surprisingly simple.
[00:59] The easier AI makes it to create
[01:02] content, the more valuable it is to
[01:04] become.
[01:05] The easier AI makes it to create
[01:07] content, the more valuable it becomes to
[01:09] be human.
[01:11] Let’s look at the four human advantages
[01:13] I believe will separate the creators who
[01:15] thrive over the next decade.
[01:17] Before we jump in, if you’re a creator,
[01:19] coach, consultant, or business owner
[01:22] looking to build an online education
[01:24] business in this age of AI, consider
[01:26] subscribing to my channel and checking
[01:29] out my weekly videos. I share practical
[01:31] strategies to help you use AI, build
[01:34] online courses, and grow a creator
[01:36] business without losing the human
[01:38] element. Now, let’s dive in. Human
[01:41] advantage number one, wisdom. The first
[01:43] advantage is wisdom. AI can generate
[01:46] information, but it can’t generate
[01:48] wisdom.
[01:49] Wisdom isn’t something you download. It
[01:51] is developed through failure, refined
[01:54] through success, and forged through the
[01:56] ups and downs of life and shaped by
[01:59] serving people over time.
[02:01] AI can give you answers, but wisdom
[02:03] helps you know which answers are worth
[02:04] following.
[02:06] Over the last 10 years of helping
[02:08] experts build online education
[02:10] businesses, I’ve learned that some of
[02:12] the best decisions aren’t made because
[02:14] you found the perfect answer.
[02:16] They’re made because you’ve developed
[02:18] discernment. And for me, that wisdom
[02:20] also comes from faith. Some of my best
[02:23] decisions come from spending quiet time
[02:26] in prayer seeking wisdom from God and
[02:28] learning to follow the prompting of the
[02:30] Holy Spirit.
[02:32] That is something no AI model can
[02:34] replicate or decide for you.
[02:37] AI can process patterns, but it doesn’t
[02:39] have conviction. It doesn’t have
[02:41] character. And it certainly doesn’t have
[02:43] a calling. As AI makes answers easier to
[02:46] get, wisdom becomes even more valuable.
[02:49] So, don’t compete on having more
[02:51] information. Lead with wisdom because
[02:53] that is a human advantage no AI can
[02:56] replace.
[02:57] If you’re wondering how to actually use
[02:59] AI without replacing your expertise,
[03:01] I’ve developed and put together a free
[03:03] AI course creation guide. It’ll walk you
[03:05] through practical ways to use AI to
[03:08] research, outline, and build your course
[03:10] faster while keeping your knowledge,
[03:12] experience, and unique perspective at
[03:14] the center. You can download it for free
[03:16] using the link in the description below
[03:19] or scan the QR code up here. Human
[03:22] advantage number two, trust. The second
[03:25] advantage is trust. AI can generate
[03:27] content, but trust has to be earned.
[03:30] People don’t buy from the person with
[03:32] the best prompt. They buy from people
[03:34] they know, like, and trust. And over the
[03:37] years, I’ve invested thousands of
[03:39] dollars in coaching because I believe
[03:41] still in investing in my own growth.
[03:44] One coach in particular that I worked
[03:47] with more than once continued to offer
[03:49] value even after we paused a coaching
[03:52] agreement.
[03:53] Even after an extended break, I decided
[03:56] to go back to that coach.
[03:58] And I chose to go back not because I
[03:59] couldn’t find another coach. It was
[04:02] because they continued to offer valuable
[04:04] insight and wisdom. And we had an
[04:07] existing relationship of trust.
[04:10] And even after that relationship ended,
[04:12] that
[04:13] trust continued. They continued to show
[04:16] up and reach out and share valuable
[04:18] wisdom on social media.
[04:20] And I recall one day where I had a very
[04:23] specific question based on something the
[04:26] coach had posted recently on social
[04:27] media.
[04:29] And I know that they have many responses
[04:32] and DMs every day, and yet I chose to
[04:36] leave a comment on their post, and the
[04:38] coach directly reached out to me. And
[04:41] because the coach continued to reach out
[04:43] to me personally, even though they could
[04:45] have just replied publicly to my
[04:47] comment, I really appreciated it. It
[04:50] continued to show the level of
[04:53] relationship that was built on trust and
[04:55] genuine care.
[04:57] And that trust was what prompted me to
[05:00] reach out and continue working with them
[05:02] even after a break. They continued to
[05:05] offer me value. And I continued to work
[05:08] with that coach because we developed a
[05:10] genuine relationship and relationship of
[05:12] trust.
[05:14] I know that the answers that come from a
[05:16] coach, from a real human being, is not
[05:19] the same as AI.
[05:21] And that was the human advantage that
[05:23] they had that no AI could ever provide.
[05:27] And so, that leads me into human
[05:29] advantage number three, connection. One
[05:32] of the most interesting insights from
[05:34] the creator economy report was that
[05:35] people are still investing in courses.
[05:38] But increasingly, they’re choosing
[05:40] learning experiences that include
[05:42] community.
[05:43] Why? Because people don’t want answers.
[05:46] They want accountability, they want
[05:48] encouragement, belonging, relationships.
[05:51] And as more people learn online because
[05:53] of the flexibility and accessibility,
[05:55] community becomes even more important.
[05:58] Learning can be lonely, but community
[06:00] changes that. It gives people
[06:02] encouragement, accountability,
[06:04] friendships, and a place to grow
[06:06] alongside people on the same journey.
[06:09] Think about your own journey for a
[06:10] second. Some of your biggest
[06:12] breakthroughs probably didn’t happen
[06:13] because you watched another video.
[06:15] They happened because someone believed
[06:17] in you, someone reached out to you,
[06:19] someone answered your question, someone
[06:20] challenged your thought process.
[06:23] And that’s something that no AI can do.
[06:26] AI can answer your questions, but it
[06:28] can’t build those genuine relationships
[06:30] and friendships. It can’t celebrate
[06:33] authentically and genuinely your first
[06:35] client, and it can’t make you feel like
[06:37] you belong.
[06:38] So, the content may attract people, but
[06:40] the connection is what keeps them. And
[06:42] that is a human advantage AI can’t
[06:44] replace.
[06:46] Now, speaking of community, one of the
[06:47] reasons I continue recommending
[06:49] Thinkific is because they’re investing
[06:51] in the future of creator education and
[06:53] not just course creation. And the
[06:55] insights that I’ve shared in these last
[06:57] few videos come from their creator
[06:59] economy report series, and I will put a
[07:02] link to that in the description below. I
[07:04] think it’s still one of the best
[07:06] resources available for understanding
[07:08] where online education is headed. And
[07:11] so, if you’re thinking about launching
[07:12] an online course or building a learning
[07:14] community, I will include my Thinkific
[07:16] affiliate link in the description below,
[07:19] and it’s the platform that I’ve trusted
[07:21] and recommend for years.
[07:23] The fourth advantage is creativity. Some
[07:26] people think AI replaces creativity, but
[07:29] I think it removes friction so that
[07:30] humans can be even more creative.
[07:33] AI can help you brainstorm, research,
[07:36] outline, edit, and summarize. And it’s
[07:39] like having an incredibly fast
[07:40] assistant, but it can’t replace your
[07:42] imagination, your values, your lived
[07:45] experiences, and your stories.
[07:47] The idea for this video didn’t come from
[07:49] AI. It came from studying the latest
[07:51] creator economy report and reflecting on
[07:54] the last 10 years of helping creators
[07:56] build online education businesses and
[07:59] asking this one simple question, what
[08:01] are people missing? And that’s
[08:03] creativity.
[08:04] The ideas that change people’s lives
[08:06] don’t come from prompts. They come from
[08:08] people. And so, use AI for the
[08:11] repetitive work and task and invest that
[08:14] time creating ideas only you can create
[08:16] because that’s a human advantage that AI
[08:18] cannot replace.
[08:20] So, my biggest takeaway is notice the
[08:22] pattern. Even though AI gets better and
[08:25] faster, wisdom becomes even more
[08:27] valuable. Trust becomes more valuable.
[08:30] Connection becomes more valuable. And
[08:33] human creativity becomes even more
[08:35] essential.
[08:36] AI is making technical skills easier to
[08:39] access, but human skills become harder
[08:41] to replace.
[08:42] And the future doesn’t belong to
[08:44] creators who avoid AI. It belongs to
[08:46] creators who partner with AI while
[08:48] doubling down on what makes them human.
[08:51] If there’s one thing I hope you take
[08:53] away from this video, it’s this. Don’t
[08:55] try to become more like AI.
[08:58] Use AI to help you become more human.
[09:01] Use it to save your time. Spend that
[09:04] time doing what you would have doing on
[09:06] tasks to focus on sharing your wisdom,
[09:08] building trust, creating meaningful
[09:11] relationships, serving your community
[09:13] because those aren’t the things that AI
[09:15] will replace. They’re the very things
[09:17] that makes it more valuable.
[09:19] And so, if you’ve enjoyed this video, I
[09:21] encourage you to watch the rest of the
[09:23] creator economy report series where I’ve
[09:26] been unpacking the biggest trends
[09:28] shaping the future of creators, online
[09:30] education, and digital businesses.
[09:33] And remember, the creators who win won’t
[09:35] be the ones who become more like AI.
[09:38] They’ll be the ones who use AI to become
[09:40] more human. Thanks for watching and I’ll
[09:42] talk to you soon.
