[02:57] TARS was this clunky robot. I’m a huge
[03:00] fan of Interstellar, which was an
[03:02] ex-marine and was like a tactical
[03:04] mission bot with a really fun
[03:06] personality, that’s why and humor, of
[03:08] course, that’s why it was able to people
[03:10] were able to like really enjoy that
[03:12] character. And just like TARS had the
[03:14] ability to
[03:16] adjust the setting for humor and his
[03:18] honesty, I gave him the same exact
[03:20] thing, which is really cool. And then on
[03:22] the top right here, so you have tools,
[03:24] you have settings. So, with settings, I
[03:26] can change the voice, I can give him the
[03:27] different brain. Right now, it’s working
[03:29] with Sonnet 5. I can change it to Fable
[03:31] 5 Opus and others as well. I also can
[03:35] give him a faster model to take over,
[03:37] right? So, when it takes over a screen,
[03:39] you want a faster model, so that way you
[03:41] can do things quickly. And then on the
[03:43] top right here, and you have two options
[03:45] when it comes to voice interactions. So,
[03:47] the live right here, this is basically
[03:49] the lowest latency model from Chat GPT.
[03:52] It’s a bit more expensive, but you can
[03:53] interact with it with a natural voice.
[03:55] So when you turn this on, basically GPT
[03:57] live goes on and you can interact with
[03:59] it like a
[03:59] human would. And the bottom right here,
[04:01] so this is where you can give this
[04:02] mission. You can do it via voice or via
[04:05] text right here. The screen share, this
[04:07] is where you can share the screen and it
[04:09] can see exactly what you’re seeing.

[04:12] different missions here. You can tell
[04:14] them to go ahead and build me an entire
[04:15] app, a landing page, and everything else

[04:27] when you’re interacting with TARS, the

[10:20] anything

[10:23] tested this enough to be very
[10:25] comfortable there. And even then, you
[10:27] got to be careful. But anyway, so that’s
[10:28] one of the really cool features that
[10:31] TARS has here.

[11:25] the way, it saved me a template inside
[11:28] my projects, inside my classroom cards
[11:31] right there. But I could always tell
[11:32] TARS to go ahead and build this thing
[11:34] out for me, and it’s going to go ahead
[11:35] and deploy CASE to build it. Actually,
[11:37] go ahead, TARS, and deploy CASE to build
[11:39] out uh the image generator for me for my
[11:41] classroom section.

[12:51] this on, and TARS is going to come back
[12:54] and ping me whenever these guys are

[13:36] to him to build something quick cuz

[14:20] I mentioned, the concept of AI assistant
[14:22] being able to interact with this in a
[14:24] beautiful personal manner is what the
[14:27] future is going to hold. And of course,
[14:29] like I said, you’re not just limited to
[14:31] apps and research projects. You can
[14:33] build landing pages. So, earlier I had
[14:35] it build a landing page. So, if I go um
[14:37] take a look at this.
[14:39] I said, “Design and build a landing page
[14:41] for Zubair uh Zubair’s AI workshop.” And
[14:44] went ahead and built this incredible
[14:45] landing page, this one right here.
[14:47] Take a look at this. This is absolutely
[14:49] beautiful. Of course, I didn’t give it
[14:51] any guidelines as far as the design. It
[14:53] just came up on its own. I mean, if you
[14:55] don’t like it, that’s fine. You know,
[14:57] you can always make changes to it. But,
[14:58] just from one shot with me uh this looks
[15:01] pretty great. Now, I can go say, “Hey,
[15:03] Tars, I don’t like this purple color or
[15:06] uh there’s too much text on the screen
[15:07] or whatever it may be. Please go ahead
[15:09] and update this.” It will be able to do
[15:11] all of that for you. And by the way, the
[15:12] links work completely. Like all of them
[15:15] work exactly how it’s supposed to
[15:17] design. So, it’s like not like dead
[15:19] links or anything like that, right? Uh
[15:21] so, you can build a ton of things with
[15:23] TARS uh because it has access to his
[15:25] robot employees and they can do anything
[15:28] here. And as far as the conversation, so
[15:30] there’s two different models here. If
[15:31] you click on hands-free, right? So, this
[15:34] is going to initiate the 11 Labs. So,
[15:36] that’s why if I click on settings here,
[15:38] you can see the different voice that I
[15:40] have access to like Adam, Tron, Dee
[15:42] Pool, Chris, all of that. This is from
[15:44] 11 Labs and you can give them like
[15:46] personality and humor there as well. Uh
[15:48] but you if you click on uh GPT or live,
[15:52] this is going to basically turn on the
[15:54] GP GPT live, which is the lowest latency
[15:56] model out in the market. And that’s what
[15:59] makes the interaction really natural.
[16:00] However, however, that does cost a lot
[16:03] more. So, that’s something that you have
[16:05] to be aware of. You can see I think it’s
[16:06] like uh 5 cents per minute, which is
[16:09] pretty expensive for a um
[16:11] a model, but again the latency is very
[16:13] low, so that’s why they charge more
[16:14] money. Uh but if you want a cheaper
[16:16] option, like I said, you can use 11
[16:18] Labs, but it’s just going to be a little
[16:19] bit lag between the conversation. But it
[16:21] will get the job done, trust me. All
[16:23] right. So, while Case is doing its work
[16:25] in the background there, let’s go ahead
[16:26] and let me show you guys
[16:28] uh you will have access to this prompt

[17:53] foundation, and you can go ahead and
[17:55] interact and kind of like iterate and
[17:59] create something of your own. And if

[18:05] how it is, with its humor, with all of
[18:07] these settings, and the
[18:10] Jarvis personal assistant, that’s going

[19:15] every time a normal person who is
[19:18] non-technical interacts with tools and
[19:20] technology that frustrates them, the
[19:23] chances of them leaving or not using
[19:25] that is almost 90%. Therefore, if you
[19:28] have an AI employee and an AI agent
[19:31] that’s capable of building things for
[19:33] you with plain English, giving it a
[19:35] personality like humor and all these
[19:38] other settings that we looked through is
[19:40] incredibly important because that’s what
[19:42] allows a normal person to be able to
[19:46] get to a place where they can interact
[19:47] with these things at ease. And again,
[19:50] like you saw, it’s capable of doing
[19:51] incredibly crazy things like looking at
[19:53] your screen, taking over your screen,
[19:56] sending a squad of agents to find you,
[19:58] whether it’s clients, doing research,
[20:00] building things for you, right? Or plugs
[20:02] into the rest of the tools like Gmail,
[20:04] Notion, Canva, which is going to be the
[20:06] next version of TARS that I’m planning
[20:08] to build. Right now, I’m working on
[20:10] that, so
[20:11] that’s the next stage next stage. Now,
[20:14] why are we in this particular stage and
[20:17] why do I think this is the beginning of
[20:19] this new era of AI employees and a
[20:21] massive opportunity? We recently just
[20:24] crossed a line when it comes to
[20:26] interactions through speech. Now, GPT
[20:29] real-time has been out for a little bit,
[20:31] but recently
[20:33] um
[20:35] not Anthropic, ChatGPT OpenAI released
[20:39] their new model, which is a duplex
[20:41] model. Now, that’s just a fancy word for
[20:43] saying that you can interact with an AI
[20:46] agent and these AIs in a natural
[20:48] conversation, right? Because of the
[20:50] latency. Even if you are not using that
[20:52] that particular model that just got
[20:54] released, the GPT real-time that you
[20:56] saw, it’s a very natural model where the
[20:59] latency is so low, it’s up to 0.3
[21:01] seconds, which is again uh
[21:04] just like an interaction you would have
[21:06] with a human being. So, that’s why we’re
[21:08] now shifting to this era where you can
[21:10] interact with
[21:12] your AI assistants and AI employees in a
[21:14] more natural way. Again, these are not
[21:16] chatbots. They’re These are true
[21:18] coworkers now because you can talk to
[21:20] them, you can connect tools to them, you
[21:22] can share your screen, they can take
[21:24] over and do work for you. It has
[21:26] long-term memory. For instance, Jarvis,
[21:29] right? Jarvis has access to my all of my
[21:31] files inside my computer. And whenever I
[21:33] interact with it because he’s my
[21:35] personal assistant, he has long-term
[21:37] memory of my past interactions, and
[21:39] therefore he can remember everything
[21:41] that I’ve said without me explaining to
[21:43] him everything over and over again. So,
[21:45] if Jarvis is my assistant, TARS is the
[21:48] one that’s an employee who’s capable of
[21:50] doing things and deploying other agents
[21:53] on his behalf to do the work. Jarvis
[21:55] knows everything because he’s a second
[21:56] brain, TARS does everything. And this
[21:58] combination is something that’s
[22:00] incredible because every business and
[22:03] every person single person is going to
[22:06] need something like this, right? An AI
[22:08] assistant, a true AI assistant that
[22:10] knows everything about you and about
[22:11] your business, and an AI employee and
[22:14] multiple AI employees that’s capable of
[22:16] doing things. From your local
[22:18] restaurants to AI agencies to realtors
[22:21] to clinics, everybody’s going to need
[22:22] something like this. And inside my
[22:24] community when I talk about the AI
[22:26] agency for people
[22:28] who are
[22:29] starting their AI agency, one of the
[22:31] things that I always mention is
[22:33] build things that you can easily demo it
[22:35] to somebody who’s non-technical. And
[22:37] these types of AI assistants and AI
[22:40] employees are the easiest things to demo
[22:42] because they have that wow factor,
[22:44] they’re very cool, and most importantly,
[22:47] they’re very easy to interact with. And
[22:49] this is the massive opportunity here,
[22:51] right? Because if somebody who is
[22:53] non-technical, a business owner who can
[22:55] actually see, “Oh, I think that’s the
[22:58] AI workshop image that I had TARS create
[23:01] for me, right? So, it looks like Tars is
[23:03] complete.
[23:06] Yep, there you go.
[23:07] Uh Case built Case will build out an
[23:09] image generator workflow. So, it
[23:10] completed, that’s why it gave me that
[23:12] link right there. Yep, that’s Case will
[23:14] build an image generator, so I can click
[23:16] on open app, and it’s going to generate
[23:18] this thing. I mean, look at how
[23:18] incredible this thing is, right?
[23:20] Classroom card studio. This actually
[23:23] built everything based on my classroom
[23:25] section on the paid community here,
[23:26] right? So, if I go to classroom because
[23:28] this was something that I was sharing
[23:29] with them earlier. So, if we go back
[23:31] here, so you can see it gave me the
[23:33] presets, right? The module library,
[23:35] right? So, selling to local businesses
[23:37] GEO and search scrolls automatic
[23:38] website. Now, I can change, right? The
[23:40] foundations. I can say AI workshop,
[23:43] right? There you go, so you can see the
[23:44] changes there. Module title, I can say
[23:47] cloud code.
[23:51] Right? Nice. And I can do like sub. This
[23:54] is so beautiful. I can change the
[23:56] colors,
[23:57] right? Look at how beautiful this is. I
[23:59] can add icons.
[24:01] Very nice. I can export the image.
[24:04] On the right hand side, I can
[24:06] choose these different presets right
[24:08] here. So, again, that was just me
[24:11] basically interacting with Tars, and
[24:13] Tars was Tars was able to assign this to
[24:16] Case, and he built it for him. This is
[24:18] something that a few years ago would
[24:20] have been science fiction for us, right?
[24:21] And the fact that now
[24:23] we have these tools at our disposal that
[24:25] are capable of building things like
[24:26] this. And again, all of this was built
[24:28] with Fable 5. I mean, granted, I spent a
[24:30] lot of time building this, but it was
[24:32] well worth it because this was so much
[24:34] fun. Now, as far as building something
[24:36] like this for yourself. So, again,
[24:38] you’re going to have access to this
[24:40] prompt back right here in the free
[24:41] community. Again, link is going to be in
[24:43] the description. This is going to be
[24:44] your starting point, right? I have a
[24:47] setup here and a set of sequences for
[24:49] prompts where you can go ahead and build
[24:51] something similar, at least the skeleton
[24:53] of it, a version of this, right? Because
[24:54] like I said, this took me a long time to
[24:56] build. And by the way, if you’re
[24:57] interested in grabbing this exactly the
[24:59] way it is, that’s inside the paid
[25:01] community. So, inside the classroom, so

[25:26] Because again, the reason why that’s a
[25:28] paid community, the reason why I’m
[25:29] putting that behind a paywall is because
[25:30] this took me a lot of time, effort, and
[25:33] money to build this. So, that’s why it’s
[25:35] for the paid community. But honestly,
[25:37] like this prompt pack will give you a
[25:39] good starting point and you can go back
[25:41] and forth and get it to a place that’s
[25:43] to your liking. So, hopefully you guys
